This week is national Banned Books Week.  With some of our library classes we talked about why books are banned. Students were shocked to hear that Harry Potter, Captain Underpants, Junie B. Jones, and The Giver are some of the most frequently banned books!  We are very lucky to have so many options for our reading enjoyment at Sippican. Have you read a banned book?
